This project has been made possible thanks to Maria Agnès Priso, founder of NYOU, who trained in the Classical Pilates Method through the Romana’s Pilates lineage. Her trust in ARREGON® has shaped a space where both Pilates and Yoga coexist with intention and coherence.

Beyond its function as a studio, NYOU has also become a growing hub for education, recently launching teacher training programs and hosting courses, events, and gatherings for the Pilates community.

A place designed not only to practice, but to learn, connect, and elevate the experience of Classical Pilates.
