SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with ARREGON® Pilates Industries S.L.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms described below.


GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All ARREGON® equipment is made to order and shipped using specialized logistics partners selected for the transport of large and sensitive equipment.

Production and delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on order volume, customization, and logistics conditions.

Standard lead time:

  • Apparatus: approximately 50 business days from payment confirmation
  • Accessories: subject to availability and typically shipped immediately or within a short processing period

In case of mixed orders (apparatus + accessories), delivery may be split unless otherwise agreed.


LOGISTICS ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

ARREGON® acts exclusively as a logistics coordinator and intermediary between the customer and third-party transport companies.

We do not operate as a transport carrier.

Therefore:

  • Transport is performed by independent logistics providers
  • ARREGON® is not responsible for delays, damages, loss, theft, or incidents occurring during transport once goods leave our facilities
  • Any claim related to transport must be directed to the carrier, unless full insurance has been contracted

INSURANCE OPTIONS

Basic transport insurance is included in all shipments:

  • Coverage: 15€/kg (standard carrier liability)

Customers may request additional coverage:

Full Insurance (Optional)

  • Covers up to 100% of the invoice value
  • Cost: up to 1% of total order value
  • Must be requested before shipment confirmation

If Full Insurance is not purchased, the customer expressly accepts full responsibility for any transport-related risk.


DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Standard delivery is considered:

  • Curbside delivery (first accessible exterior point of the address)
  • No installation, unpacking, or interior placement included

Customer responsibilities include:

  • Transport inside the premises
  • Unpacking
  • Assembly and installation
  • Disposal of packaging materials

If special delivery conditions are required (stairs, interior delivery, specific access conditions), these must be requested in advance and may incur additional costs.


RISK TRANSFER

All risk transfers to the customer at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.

From that moment:

  • ARREGON® holds no responsibility for transport operations
  • Responsibility lies entirely with the carrier and/or the customer depending on insurance selection

DAMAGES & CLAIMS

Upon delivery, the customer must:

  • Inspect packaging before signing
  • Report visible damage immediately
  • Take photographs of any external or internal damage before unpacking

If any issue is detected:

👉 It is strongly recommended to sign the delivery as “accepted with reservation” or “not accepted in conformity”

Failure to do so may limit the ability to file a successful claim.


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Manufacturing schedules
  • Carrier availability
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Seasonal periods or high-demand production cycles

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price
  • These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • ARREGON® has no control over customs processes or delays

DELIVERY TRACKING

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive tracking information from the logistics provider.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active.
