  • In-stock items are prepared and shipped within 72 hours

All our quotations include standard curbside delivery, calculated based on volumetric shipping.

  • EU shipments: quotation within 72 hours
  • International shipments: Air Freight & Sea Freight options available

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

All prices are VAT excluded.

  • EU clients: VAT applied according to your country
  • VIES VAT ID holders: eligible for exemption
  • Spain: 21% VAT applies

For non-EU clients:

  • Orders are tax-free at origin
  • Local duties and taxes are handled upon arrival

RECEIVING AND UNBOXING

Pilates equipment requires careful handling, and transport companies are not always specialized in this type of product.

For this reason, and whether you have standard coverage or Full Insurance, we strongly recommend:

👉 Always sign your delivery as “not accepted in conformity”

This allows us to fully protect your order and manage any claims if needed.

If anything seems unusual:

  • Take photos before opening
  • Document any visible damage

Each piece is inspected before shipping — your equipment leaves our workshop in perfect condition.

👉 Your peace of mind matters — we’re here to support you at every step.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

To keep your equipment in perfect condition:

  • Avoid prolonged sun exposure
  • Do not use alcohol-based products
  • Protect upholstery from abrasive materials

👉 Well-maintained equipment means long-term performance and image.

RETURNS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
  • Standard items: 15-day return window
  • Modifications/cancellations: must be requested before production

Production begins within 48 hours after order confirmation.

  • Orders ≤ €700: full payment upon confirmation
  • Orders > €700:
    • 50% deposit
