PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

Credit cards are charged in full at the time the order is confirmed.
Debit cards may reflect the charge immediately after order confirmation.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

The billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

BANK TRANSFER

The customer is responsible for any bank fees charged by their financial institution, as well as any additional costs related to international transfers.

All orders are processed only once payment has been received.

QUOTATION REQUEST

If you would like to know your shipping cost before placing an order, you may request a quotation using the “Quotation Request” option at checkout.

How it works

Select all the items you are interested in
Proceed to “Checkout”
Log in or sign up
Enter your customer information
Select your shipping method
In the payment section, choose “Quotation Request”
Complete your order

Important!

With this method, no payment is processed at the time of order placement.

Your request will be registered as a quotation, and we will contact our logistics partners to evaluate the best shipping options.

Within the following days, you will receive an email with the final total cost.

Payment Confirmation

Once the quotation is confirmed, we will send you a payment form for either bank transfer or credit card.

The order will not be processed until payment confirmation has been received.
