Warranty Policy and Return Policy

1. GENERAL WARRANTY STATEMENT

ARREGON® provides the following limited warranty, which constitutes the sole warranty applicable to our products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any other express or implied warranties.

ARREGON® apparatus is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions during the applicable warranty period.

In the event of a confirmed defect, ARREGON® will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product, including reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is generally non-transferable.

If ownership of the equipment changes, any warranty consideration shall be subject to a quality inspection performed or expressly approved by ARREGON®. Following such inspection, ARREGON® may, at its sole discretion, determine whether any remaining warranty coverage can be transferred or reinstated.

Proof of original purchase and equipment identification may be required before any warranty assessment is carried out.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIODS

2.1 Structural Lifetime Warranty

ARREGON® offers a lifetime warranty on major structural components of the following apparatus:

  • Reformers
  • Cadillacs (including conversion units)
  • Wall Units & Towers
  • Guillotine systems

Covered structural components include frames and load-bearing structures.

This warranty covers manufacturing or structural defects that affect the integrity or intended function of the equipment.

It does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear or aging
  • Upholstery changes over time
  • Surface marks, scratches, dents, or discoloration
  • Normal wear from use
  • Small components and consumables

2.2 10-Year Structural Warranty

ARREGON® provides a 10-year warranty for structural components of:

  • Chairs (Wunda Chair, Electric Chair, Combo Chair)
  • Barrels (Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, Mini Barrel)
  • Mats (all structural mat systems)
  • Pedi-Pole systems

This warranty covers structural manufacturing defects affecting functionality.

2.3 Mechanical Parts Warranty

ARREGON® provides warranty coverage for mechanical components according to the following categories:

18-Month Mechanical Components Warranty

The following mechanical and operational components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of eighteen (18) months from the original delivery date:

  • Carriage wheel assemblies
  • Bearings and wheel systems
  • Footbar mechanisms
  • Gear bars and adjustment systems
  • Pulley systems
  • Structural moving hardware
  • Adjustable mechanical components
  • Metal hardware directly related to the operation of the equipment

90-Day High-Wear Components Warranty

Components subject to regular use, tension, friction, stretching, or normal wear are covered for ninety (90) days from the original delivery date, including:

  • Springs
  • Ropes
  • Straps
  • Handles
  • Loops
  • Clips and connectors
  • Rubber and elastic components
  • Other consumable or high-wear items

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic deterioration, improper maintenance, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, commercial abuse, environmental exposure, or damage resulting from incorrect installation are not covered under warranty.

For clarity, ARREGON® equipment includes separate warranty periods for structural, mechanical, upholstery, and high-wear components. The applicable warranty period depends on the specific component involved and is detailed throughout this policy.

Springs are considered high-wear components due to the continuous tension and cyclical loads generated during normal operation. As such, springs are covered under the 90-Day High-Wear Components Warranty.

3. WHAT IS COVERED

A warranty claim is valid only when the defect is related to:

  • Manufacturing or assembly errors
  • Structural failure under normal use
  • Defective materials at time of delivery
  • Functional failure not caused by misuse

4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

4.1 Normal Wear & Tear

  • Scratches, dents, or surface marks
  • Upholstery wear, stretching, softening, or tearing from use
  • Natural aging of materials (wood, metal, leather, vinyl)
  • Discoloration or cosmetic changes over time

4.2 Mechanical Wear from Use

  • Loss of spring tension due to repeated use
  • Noise from normal operation
  • Wear on moving parts (wheels, straps, clips, hooks)

4.3 External Factors

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Improper installation or assembly
  • Environmental damage (humidity, corrosion, oxidation)
  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters (fire, flood, etc.)

5. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Custom upholstery or bespoke configurations (cosmetic variations excluded)
  • Products modified after delivery
  • Damage caused by third-party transport after delivery acceptance
  • Improper storage or maintenance

ARREGON® is not responsible for indirect damages or loss of use.

Custom upholstery selections, bespoke finishes, and customer-requested aesthetic variations are considered personalized products.

Variations in color tone, texture, grain, stitching, wood characteristics, or natural material appearance that do not affect functionality shall not be considered defects and are not covered under warranty.

6. CLAIMS PROCESS

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact:

The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs/videos of the defect
  • Customer details

If the claim involves transit damage:

👉 The customer must inspect the shipment upon arrival
👉 Photos of packaging and damage must be taken before full unpacking
👉 Any visible damage must be reported immediately

7. WARRANTY RETURN PROCEDURE (RMA)

If a return is required:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested
  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on the package
  • Original packaging must be retained during the initial period when possible
  • Items must be properly packed for return shipping

ARREGON® will not accept returns without a valid RMA number.

8. RETURNS UNDER WARRANTY

If the product is confirmed to be defective under warranty:

  • ARREGON® will repair or replace the product
  • Or issue a refund if repair/replacement is not possible
  • Return shipping costs will be covered when the claim is valid

If the product is not found to be defective:

  • The customer will be responsible for all shipping and associated costs

9. LEGAL LIMITATIONS

This warranty is the only express warranty provided by ARREGON®.

To the maximum extent permitted under Spanish and EU law:

  • All other warranties (express or implied) are excluded
  • Including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

This does not affect mandatory legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Spain or the EU.

10. FINAL NOTES

ARREGON® equipment is built for professional studio use and long-term durability. Minor variations in materials, finish, or appearance are considered part of the handcrafted nature of the product and are not defects.
