By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. COMPANY INFORMATION (LEGAL NOTICE) 

In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), ARREGON® provides professional equipment and services related to Pilates apparatus manufacturing and distribution.

All transactions are subject to Spanish law and applicable European Union consumer regulations.

3. PRODUCTS

All ARREGON® products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products without prior notice
• Correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability

Minor variations in materials, finishes, or dimensions are inherent to handcrafted production and are not considered defects.

4. ORDERS

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• They are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• They accept full responsibility for payment

ARREGON® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of:

• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect billing information
• Non-compliance with payment conditions

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in euros (€) and exclude or include taxes as indicated at checkout.

We accept:

• Bank transfer
• Credit/Debit card
• PayPal (where available)

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for any bank fees or international transfer charges.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on product type and destination.

• Standard production time: up to 50 business days for equipment
• Accessories: subject to stock availability

ARREGON® is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance
• Logistics providers
• Force majeure events

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

These costs are not included in ARREGON® prices and must be paid by the customer.

Customers are responsible for compliance with their local import regulations.

8. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom-made nature of most products:

• Orders may only be cancelled before production begins
• Once production starts, cancellations may incur fees
• Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective

Returns are only accepted under our Return Policy conditions and require prior authorization (RMA).

9. WARRANTY

ARREGON® provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or improper installation
• Cosmetic changes over time
• Environmental damage

10. LIABILITY

ARREGON® shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business or income
• Improper use of equipment
• Installation or assembly errors performed by third parties

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of ARREGON®.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written authorization.

12. PRIVACY

Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD).

13. GOVERNING LAWA

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection regulations.
