DELIVERY TIME
Our lead time for ARREGON® apparatus is approximately 50 business days from the date full payment is received.
Accessories are shipped according to stock availability and are generally dispatched immediately or within a short processing time.
If your order includes both equipment and accessories, you may choose whether to receive everything together or in separate shipments, depending on logistics feasibility.
All ARREGON® products are custom-made and are processed in the order in which they are received.
Note: Production times may be extended by up to 15 additional working days for orders placed or confirmed during peak periods: December–January and July–August, due to seasonal production and logistics demand.
PACKAGING & TRANSPORT
Packaging and transport costs are calculated based on the volume, weight, and destination of the order, and are always at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
Basic transport insurance is included with coverage of 15€/kg.
Comprehensive insurance is not included by default. It can be requested at quotation stage and will have an additional cost of 1% of the total invoice value.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping costs depend on weight, size, quantity, and destination.
All shipments are handled by our trusted logistics partners unless otherwise specified.
DELIVERY METHOD
Unless previously requested, all national shipments are arranged as standard curbside delivery.
Standard delivery is defined as delivery to the first accessible dry area outside the delivery address.
Once an order is in transit, delivery method or destination cannot be easily changed. Any modification requests must be sent as soon as possible to sales@arregonpilates.com, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Additional charges may apply.

Please note that logistics providers are not certified Pilates technicians and are not responsible for assembling ARREGON® equipment.
CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT FEES
Prices do not include VAT (IVA) unless otherwise stated.
Orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees determined by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable local import laws and regulations.
In some cases, delivery will be made to the nearest airport or logistics hub. Final transport to the destination is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.
It is possible that a shipment appears as not yet updated even if it has already been dispatched.
