Delivery, Logistics and Installation

Receiving your equipment safely, efficiently, and exactly as expected is a priority for us.

Below you’ll find all the relevant information regarding shipping, delivery options, and installation. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs depend on:

  • destination
  • order volume
  • selected delivery method

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide a clear and detailed shipping quotation.

SHIPPING BIG EQUIPMENT WITHIN EUROPE

Standard (Curbside) Delivery - Street level. 

Delivery is made to the first accessible covered area outside your premises or studio. 

The customer is responsible for:

  • bringing the equipment inside
  • unpacking
  • assembly
  • disposal of packaging materials

SHIPPING SMALLER EQUIPMENT 

Smaller items (chairs, barrels, accessories, spare parts) are shipped via courier. 

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Delivered directly to your address

👉Note: In some countries for volume reasons some "small equipment" can be considered as "big equipment" and be quoted with Standard Curbside Delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide and offer logistics solutions tailored to each destination.

Air Freight

Recommended for faster delivery.

Shipment to the nearest airport or directly to your address (depending on the country)

The customer is responsible for:

  • customs clearance (if applicable)
  • final transport (in some cases)
  • unpacking and installation
  • Custom

Ocean Freight (Large Orders) 

The best option for full studio projects or large-volume orders.

Delivery to the nearest port or logistics hub

The customer is responsible for:

  • customs clearance
  • inland transport
  • installation

VAT, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

European Union

VAT will be applied according to the destination country unless a valid VAT number (Tax ID VIES) is provided. If a valid VAT number is supplied, the order will be exempt from VAT.

International Customers (Outside the EU)

Orders may be subject to:

  • import duties
  • local taxes

These charges: are not included in our pricing must be paid by the customer

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • a tracking link
  • delivery updates

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

PRODUCTION TIME

All our equipment is handcrafted to order.

The maximum production time will be indicated on each product page.

For full studio projects, the maximum lead time is 50 business days.

👉 Orders confirmed on July-August and January-February may have a +15 business days of productions. 

ASSEMBLY

Delivery teams are not certified Pilates equipment technicians.

You may:

  • assemble the equipment yourself 
  • hire a local professional

👉 We are happy to provide guidance if needed.

FACTORY PICK UP

Factory pick-up must be requested in advance and is subject to confirmation depending on the order.

fee will be applied for standard packaging and preparation for all factory pick-up orders
