Unboxing

Use this guide to efficiently unpack your order and prepare your equipment for assembly.

STEP 1: ON ARRIVAL VISUAL INSPECTION

When your ARREGON® shipment arrives, you must complete a full visual inspection of the exterior packaging before opening it.

Check for:

• Punctures or holes
• Dents or impact damage
• Water damage

If you notice any damage, take photographs before opening the package and send them to our Customer Care team.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTE

Pilates equipment requires careful handling, and transport companies are not always specialized in this type of product.

For this reason, and whether you have standard coverage or full insurance, we strongly recommend:

👉 Always sign your delivery as “not accepted in conformity”

This allows us to fully protect your order and properly manage any claims if needed.

If anything seems unusual:

• Take photos before opening
• Document any visible damage

Each piece is inspected before shipping — your equipment leaves our workshop in perfect condition.

STEP 2: OPENIING YOUR SHIPMENT

If your order includes a Guillotine Tower, please refer to the special instructions below before proceeding.

REMOVING STRAPPING

Your shipment may arrive with external strapping around the packaging.

Use appropriate tools to carefully cut only the straps.

If specialized tools are not available, a box cutter may be used, but only on the outer straps.

We recommend wearing gloves, as staples or hidden fastenings may be present under tape or cardboard.

OPENING SEALS

We use reinforced paper tape to secure all boxes.

To avoid damage to the equipment:

• Use controlled cutting tools
• Avoid scissors or aggressive blades
• Do not insert sharp objects inside the packaging

UNWRAPPING ITEMS

Remove all protective materials carefully.

• Do not cut directly into the contents
• Unwrap each component by hand
• Check thoroughly before disposing of packaging materials

Small parts may sometimes be hidden within protective wrapping.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS - GUILLOTINE TOWER

If your order includes a Guillotine Tower, it will arrive in a wooden crate.

To open it, you will need a drill. 

1. Carefully remove the screws securing the top lid and place it aside safely.
2. Once opened, continue with the general unpacking instructions above.
3. Remove all protective paper and padding inside the crate.

Do not use sharp tools to remove packaging around the equipment.

STEP 3: INSPECTING YOUR ORDER

Once fully unpacked, carefully inspect each item for any concealed damage.

If you identify any issues after unwrapping:

• Take detailed photographs
• Contact our Customer Care team immediately
