Most ARREGON® Pilates products are made to order. Each piece is carefully inspected and documented before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
To request any change, return, exchange, or cancellation, please contact us with your order details.
ORDER CHANGES
Upholstered / Custom Equipment
Includes Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Barrels, Mats, Towers, Guillotines, Pillows, Shoulder Blocks, Boxes, etc.
- Changes confirmed before production begins: no charge
- Changes after production has started (e.g. upholstery color change): 25% restocking fee based on invoiced value
Non-Upholstered Products
Includes springs, wheels, straps, foot correctors, etc.
- Changes possible within 15 calendar days from delivery
- Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs
- No changes accepted after this period
RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Consumers located in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal for eligible products purchased online.
To exercise this right, customers must notify ARREGON® within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law.

Products must be returned in good condition, with no excessive use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Not Eligible for Return
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized for the customer.

Normal variations in wood, metal, upholstery, color, grain, texture, or handcrafted finishes are not considered defects.

EXCHANGES
Eligible for Exchange
Non-upholstered products (springs, wheels, straps, accessories).
- Must be requested within 15 calendar days from delivery
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
- Includes cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage
Not Eligible for Exchange
Custom / upholstered products.
Normal material variations are not considered valid reasons for exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Upholstered / Custom Products
- Cancellations are free of charge before production begins
- Once production has started: 25% restocking fee applies
Non-Upholstered Products
- Cancellations are possible within 1 hour of placing the order
Production begins within 48 hours after order confirmation.
