DELIVERY TIME
Our lead time for ARREGON® apparatus is 50 days from the date full payment of your order is received.
For accessories, delivery time is immediate, subject to stock availability.
If your order includes both types of products, please let us know whether you prefer to receive everything together or separately, depending on logistics feasibility.
All ARREGON® products are custom-made and are processed in the order in which they are received.
If you have a specific deadline, please indicate it in the checkout notes or contact us directly at shop@arregonpilates.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
Our production system is fully personalized for each order.
If your project includes specific requirements such as custom measurements, upholstery, finishes, or structural modifications, please inform us at the beginning of the purchasing process.

PACKAGING & TRANSPORT
Packaging and transport costs are calculated based on volume, weight, and destination, and are always at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
Basic transport insurance is included with coverage of 15€/kg.
Comprehensive insurance is not included by default but may be requested at quotation stage for an additional cost of 1% of the total invoice value.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping costs depend on weight, size, quantity, and destination.
All shipments are handled by trusted logistics partners unless otherwise specified.
Unless previously requested, all national shipments are arranged under standard curbside delivery conditions.
Standard delivery means delivery to the first accessible dry area outside the delivery address.
Once a shipment is in transit, changes to delivery method or destination may not be possible. Any modification requests must be sent as soon as possible to sales@arregonpilates.com and may be subject to additional charges.

Please note that logistics providers are not certified Pilates technicians and are not responsible for assembling ARREGON® equipment.
CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees determined by the destination country.

The customer is responsible for complying with all local import regulations.
In some cases, delivery may be made to the nearest airport or logistics hub, depending on destination conditions. Final inland transport is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
ORDER VALUE & TRANSPORT COSTS
The total charge applied by ARREGON® includes only:
It does not include VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or additional local delivery services unless explicitly stated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING GUARANTEES
We work exclusively with internationally recognized logistics providers, selected for their reliability, quality, and efficiency.
However, all shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk, even when logistics are managed by ARREGON®.
ARREGON® acts solely as a logistics intermediary and assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, theft, delays, or incidents occurring during transport.
OPTIONAL FULL INSURANCE
To provide additional protection, ARREGON® offers optional Full Insurance, covering up to 100% of the order value in case of loss or damage during transit.
The cost of this insurance will not exceed 1% of the total invoice value.
If the customer chooses not to purchase this coverage, they expressly accept full responsibility for all transport-related risks once goods leave ARREGON® facilities or are handed over to the carrier.
CLAIMS & RESOLUTION (FULL INSURANCE)
If Full Insurance is purchased and the shipment is officially declared lost or damaged, ARREGON® reserves the right to:

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
If tracking is not immediately available, this does not necessarily mean the order has not been shipped.
