If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the applicable statutory withdrawal period for eligible products.
Please note that custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, and upholstered equipment manufactured according to your specifications may be exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To submit a withdrawal request, please provide the following information:

- Email Address
- Order Number
- Product(s) concerned
- Delivery Date
- Reason for withdrawal (optional)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Withdrawal requests must be submitted within the applicable legal withdrawal period.
- Returned products must be sent back without undue delay after the withdrawal request has been submitted.
- Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Products manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly personalized for the customer are not eligible for withdrawal.
- ARREGON® will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email.
